When I started to train with Keagan I was having shoulder issues (again) and was wanting to be overall healthier. I hadn’t worked out since I played football in college. I didn’t believe that a trainer would really be able to help me until I had “worked my way up to it” . I also have a hectic work schedule and travel a lot.
What I particularly liked about Keagan was that he looked at me as a whole as opposed to giving me some exercises and counting the sets and reps. We met for our first few sessions and since then has been tailoring weekly workouts just for me.
Not one to diet, Keagan took a look at what I ate and helped me identify what foods I really loved, and which ones that I could live without. The result was losing 13 lbs. Any time I have a question about exercises or nutrition he’s more than happy to help. I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve been in years. I’d recommend Keagan to anybody.
