  • What sort of training do you program for?
    I have programed for many different sports, goals, and fitness levels. I have programed for power lifters , crossfitters, bodybuilders and even just weekend warriors. Any goal you have I can create a program that will help you reach it!
  • Do you use any special diet for your nutrition programs?
    I do not use any special diet. I believe in a calorie counter, macro ratioed approach to dieting. That being said, I can program for wieght loss, muscle gain, or performance. Also, I can program or meal plan other diets such as, keto, paleo, low fat, or any diet you may want to try.
  • What are the benfits of hiring a nutrition or training coach?
    Outside of the wide knowledge bank that I have, there are many reason to have a coach. Many times we get caught up in how hectic our lives are and need someone else to make the nutrition or training decesions for us. A coach also gives you someone to contact when things don't go as planned. When problems arise, you can get answers almost instantly. If you work with a coach long enough they will being to understand you better and truly refine your program to fit you best!
