ABOUT
KEAGAN KIELY

MS, CSCS, CISSN
My name is Keagan Kiely. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and certified sports nutritionist (CISSN) with a passion for helping people improve their lives through exercise and nutrition. More importantly, I am a husband and father who lives each day to the fullest!
I was first introduced to exercise in the weight room of my High school. Then, I knew very little and followed whatever my coach told me to do. As I grew, so did my passion for exercise. Once in college, I no longer had a coach instructing me what to do and it became my responsibility to create my own training routine. I sailed through the internet trying to find the best information I could to help me reach my goals. This is where my passion for information started.
This passion led me to continue my education and pursue a Master's Degree in Exercise Science at Georgia Southern University. Here, my research subject's ranged from body composition and supplements to power training in individuals with Cerebral Palsy. I wrote research grants and papers and even a few articles for Bodybuilding.com.
After graduating I worked as the head strength coach at a local strength and conditioning facility. After almost 2 years there, I became the Fitness Director at Georgia Southern University. In this position, I manage the fitness center, hire and train our floor staff, create and implement policies. I also still get to work with personal trainers. In our personal training program we help our trainers become educated and gain experience before entering the work force.
